RBC / Florida Choice Bank

This 9,300 sq. ft. bank building was designed as a “Florida Cracker” style building that evokes old Florida vernacular architecture. This facility has the appearance of old Florida, however, it was designed to take advantage of today’s communication, safety, security, and wireless technologies. We also took advantage of the clerestory spaces and in addition to adding volume and light to the interior we also tucked in some additional office spaces for future use. Of course this facility was designed to have a full safe and depository room as well as a safety vestibule with lock out.
