Private Residence 9

We were retained to design this home for an Owner who had purchased a lot in historic downtown Ocala. She wanted the benefits of a historic looking home, but not the issues associated with one. She loved the area and also likes to travel, so one of her requirements was to have a home that would be relatively maintenance free and look like it was built years ago. We designed a home that accomplishes her requirements and appears to have a wonderful and historic flavor.
