This estate was partially constructed, and the property was sold right after the building dried in. The new owner’s commissioned our firm to complete the work and update most of the finishes to the project, changing many of the original elements. The interior amenities are quite impressive and satisfy the client’s busy lifestyle. We were also commissioned to provide a new caretakers residence immediately adjacent to the main residence, with owner’s offices on the second floor; also included was a 16 stall equine facility, complete with two air conditioned stalls for antique carriages.
