Ocala Podiatry Center

This 15,850 sq. ft. facility was designed as a contemporary medical office complex to support two doctors’ practices and their patients. Initially, we provided multiple design solutions through an in-office competition; these solutions included three different computer generated, drive-by birds eye views of the facility. This process allowed the owner a wide variety of options and enhanced the designs with respect to a modern contemporary facility. In addition to the standard interior improvements to waiting area, exam rooms, chart rooms, nurse stations, and other vital support spaces, this facility also included provisions for a future state-of-the-art surgery suite and fully functioning gym with equipment. This facility’s design elements are unique and have provided the owner with a landmark building that features a forward-looking building perspective.
