M.C. Growth Management

Marion County Commission selected our firm in conjunction with another to provide A/E Services for a new Growth Management facility that was a remodeling of an old home improvement retailer. This facility would become a one stop source for both Contractors as well as Owners who required Permitting for Construction Services, Engineering Approvals, Zoning, Planning, and MSTU Assessment Departments. The existing facility was completely gutted and our services included; roofing, mechanical, electrical, communications, fire alarm, fire sprinklers, structural, exterior façade, and interior improvements. This $5.5 million facility was designed to meet the aesthetic qualities that our firm had recently completed in the immediately adjacent Marion County Library Headquarters.
