Golden Ocala Renovations

The facility was originally designed as a private school. During the late 1970’s it was renovated into an office complex, and had deteriorated through years of neglect. Our first task was to provide a design that identified the best course of action for renovating and bringing back the facility to its former glory through proper detailing and extension of existing elements. We enhanced the historic elements found within the building and accentuated the windows, cupolas, and columned porches.
