This commercial project was designed with a residential flavor, but with a wonderful mix of materials and styles that enhance the overall appearance of the project. This facility is actually a two story office/retail space that handles the needs of the Owner with regards to office space but, it also provides a revenue stream with its retail rental spaces. The buildings location on the busy and expensive S.R. 200 corridor required an intelligent approach that maximized the site and created a unique look.
