College Square Apartments College of Central Florida

This facility was designed and built as a one of a kind facility to house student athletes for a community college. Originally funded and built through the college’s foundation, this facility has received very broad support from the community. The four buildings are three-stories each and total 12 units per building, centered around a swimming pool. Each apartment unit has a common kitchen, living and dining room surrounded by four bedrooms with private bathrooms and closets. As part of this facility, a separate building was designed to include a game room, laundry facility, offices and a private caretaker’s residence.
